A Reintroduction To WorldShare ILL
Need to get re-acquainted with resource sharing on the OCLC network? This session will help you identify the essential steps to working efficiently with WorldShare ILL and learn where to find additional resources when you need them.
- Create or update the OCLC Policies Directory information for your library
- Set up or adjust ILL-related tools in Service Configuration
- Review the basic flow of loan and copy requests
- Consider how automation can streamline your workflows and save time
- Find documentation, training, and support
- Connect with other Arizona ILL community members to learn and share best practices
