Mike Stout is a Supervisory Patent Examiner (SPE) in TC 2900 – Design Patents – leading an art unit of Design Patent Examiners at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  Prior to becoming a SPE, Examiner Stout worked in TC 3700 reviewing medical diagnostic applications.

3:45 pm - 4:45 pm   Local Resource Panel** with Louis Farina, Maricopa Small Business Development Center, Peter Grant, Inventors Association of Arizona, and Katherine Costella, a representative from the ASU Lisa Foundation Patent Law School Clinic
