Arizona Archives Summit (In-person attendance)
The Arizona Archives Summit is an annual two-day workshop sponsored by the Arizona Historical Records Advisory Board (AHRAB) with support from the Arizona Archives Alliance. This event is an opportunity for archivists from all over the state to gather, network, and participate in professional presentations and discussions.
Join us for the 2024 Arizona Archives Summit! This will be a hybrid event with Zoom options for participation and presentation. Registration for the event is free.

PARKING:
The 2024 Arizona Archives Summit will take place at 1951@SkySong at the ASU SkySong Innovation Center in Scottsdale, AZ.
Free uncovered parking is available onsite. Surface parking in the lot north of Building 1 is unlimited. Between SkySong Building 1 and 2 there is two-hour parking. The Summit is in Building 1. Reference this map for available parking.
ACCOMMODATION:
If you will be attending the Summit from out of town, the Arizona Historic Records Advisory Board has set aside a limited number of funds for participants to stay at the conference hotel, Elements at SkySong. If you will need a hotel room Wednesday 11/20/2024 and/or Thursday 11/21/2024 night(s), please follow the link below. Each room has two queen beds and includes parking.
*NOTE: Funds are limited, please consider sharing a room if possible.

LUNCH:
On Friday, November 22, 2024 lunch will be provided for members of AZAA. Membership dues are $10 for Students, $20 for individuals, and anyone is welcome to join. Visit https://arizonaarchives.org/get-involved/become-a-member/ for more infromation and to renew/join.
For Thursday, November 21, and those who are not members, we have compiled a list of food options around SkySong and will attach it to an email sent to all registrants.
