Join the Maricopa County Library Council’s Continuing Education Committee for a tour of the Tempe Public Library on Wednesday, November 5^th, 2025, at 10 AM.

 The current Tempe Public Library building, completed in 1971, continues to undergo dramatic changes based on community needs. Most recently, the library has undergone significant layout updates on both the adult and youth floors to meet the continuing needs of its patrons. The tour will feature notable highlights, including a companion display at the Tempe History Museum, a seed library, an updated Teen Center and Makerspace, and a homeschool Learning Lab. The library also hosts popular programs such as FanCon, Pokémon Hour, and Tempe Writes.
